Offered is a 1960 Green Bay Packers check signed by Pro Football Hall of Famers coach Vince Lombardi and defensive end Willie Davis. Coach Lombardi has signed his name “Vincent Lombardi” in black pen on the front of the check above the line for “General Manager” while Davis has signed the back of the check in black pen. The October 6, 1960 check for $200 is made payable to Davis, and is on the Green Bay Packers, Inc. checking account with the Kellogg Citizens National Bank of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The check also features the signature, in blue pen, of Packers president Dominic Olejniczak, above Lombardi’s signature. For 10 seasons, Davis anchored the Packers' defensive line, playing 138 consecutive regular-season games and part of 162 regular-season games for his NFL career. Davis was a member of all five of Lombardi's NFL title-winning teams and played in Super Bowls I and II (both won by the Packers).
