Legendary England and Manchester United midfielder Sir Bobby Charlton wore this red Three Lions long-sleeved jersey during the 1960’s. Charlton was capped 106 times by England and played in four World Cups, including England’s historic victory in the 1966 World Cup Finals on home turf. Charlton’s 106 caps were the most in England history at the time of his retirement, and his 49 goals place Charlton behind only Wayne Rooney for the most in Three Lions history. On a club level, Charlton was a key member of the “Busby Babes”, steering Manchester United through the tragic 1958 Munich Air Disaster to record 758 appearances and 249 goals with the Red Devils between 1956 and 1973.

This red England jersey features the Three Lions badge sewn on the chest. The sleeves are full-length, and an Umbro manufacturers tag is sewn on the back inside collar. Charlton’s iconic number “9” is sewn on the back of the jersey in white. Ribbed trim is present on the collar and sleeve ends. Also included in this lot is a pair of gold cufflinks boasting the Three Lions crest. This Bobby Charlton England jersey comes with a LOA from 100% Authentic.
