Presented here is a ticket stub from the Philadelphia Warriors 136-135 double-overtime loss to the New York Knicks on Christmas Day, 1961 at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks were able to overcome Wilt Chamberlain’s Herculean 59 point, 36 rebound effort thanks to 40 points from Richie Guerin and 33 from Willie Naulls. Chamberlain played all 58 minutes of this game and shot 23-44 from the field. Paul Arizin dropped 21 for Philadelphia, and Tom Gola contributed a double-double of 18 points and 14 rebounds.
