The Yankees have had several teams that could boast of being the best of all-time - there's the 1927 club with Murderer's Row, the 1936-39 teams that won the World Series every year and the 1947-58 dynasty that dominated the league for a decade - and then there is the 1961 squad.

The 1961 version of the Bronx Bombers included the “M&M Boys” Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris, as well as Yogi Berra, Moose Skowron, Elston Howard and Johnny Blanchard and hit a league-leading (then record), 240 home runs as a team, 51 more than the league’s second best. Maris broke the Babe's single-season home run record that summer as those '61 Yankees cruised to a 109-53 record, then turned around and defeated the Cincinnati Reds four games to one in the World Series.

30 members of this most hallowed Yankees club have signed this Spalding Warren Giles Official National League ball in blue pen. Please note there are no clubhouse signatures on this ball, not a common occurrence for a 1961 Yankees team signed baseball. The ball itself is a pristine creamy white and the blue signatures practically leap off its surface. Yogi Berra and Mickey Mantle have signed the sweet spot and Maris has taken the spot just to the right of his friendly rival.

The rest include Johnny Sain, Hector Lopez, Luis Arroyo, Bill Skowron, Jim Hegan, Earl Torgeson, Jack Reed, Bob Hale, Bobby Richardson, Bob Turley, Ralph Houk, Jim Coates, Rollie Sheldon, Wally Moses, Bill Stafford, Tony Kubek, John Blanchard, Bill Gardner, Al Downing, Ralph Terry, Ed Ford, Bud Daley, Elston Howard, Tex Clevenger, Hal Reniff, Joe DeMaestri and Clete Boyer.

An absolutely beautiful clubhouse free example of one of the best Yankee clubs of all-time and this baseball comes with a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA (Z00458) who have graded this ball a 7.
