Signatures on this scorecard include the Hall of Famers Mickey Mantle and Whitey Ford, while the remaining signatures include Roger Maris, Max Alvis, Phil Linz, Hal Ford, Jake Gibbs, Jim Perry, Sam McDowell, and John Romano.
