Hall of Fame center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was presented with this University of California-Los Angeles letterman’s sweater in 1984 as a replacement for his 1966-67 sweater. Abdul-Jabbar, known as Lew Alcindor during his UCLA playing days, is widely regarded as one of the best college basketball players in history. During his three seasons in Westwood, Abdul-Jabbar led John Wooden’s men to three NCAA titles to begin one of college basketball’s most dominant dynasties. This offered sweater is navy and a size “3XL”. A UCLA logo patch is sewn on the lower left chest of this button-down sweater. This item derives directly from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and a personally hand-signed LOA from Kareem will accompany this item.
