Presented is the signature of actor, comedian and host Groucho Marx on “Standard AFTRA Engagement Contract” for the “Marty Feldman Show”, dated June 29, 1971.  Marx has signed in blue ballpoint pen on the “performer” line of the contract with Independent Television Corporation for the taping of an episode of the “Marty Feldman Show” in London beginning July 16, 1971 and ending July 22, 1971.  The 8 ½ x 8 ½-inch white paper contract has black print and black typescript, along with the signature of the producer in blue pen.  To the left of the contract is a 6 x 8½-inch black and white photograph of Marx in character as he appeared in the Marx Brothers movies of the 1930s.  The photo and contract are mounted in a white paper matte with gray borders within a 12 ½ x 20 ½ silver metal frame. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (Z85928).
