The 1971 NBA All-Star Game - played in San Diego, California – was one of the most competitive in the contest’s history. Featuring a roster that included the likes of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (then Lew Alcindor), Jerry West and Wilt Chamberlain, the West edged the East (led by Willis Reed and John Havlicek) by a final score of 108-107. Abdul-Jabbar - playing in just the second All-Star Game of his young career, was phenomenal, finishing with 19 points and a game-high 14 rebounds.

Presented here is a 1971 Lew Alcindor NBA All-Star Game ring, highlighted by a gorgeous blue stone center. “NBA” reads on one side of the ring while the other side displays the images of two raised stars. The inside of this ring features a “14K O-S” mark as well as detailed engravings that include the initials “LA” (for Lew Alcindor) and “San Diego, Cal – 1971”. This ring is an approximate size 11 ½ with the weight being approximately 18.5 grams. This item comes directly from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and a personally hand-signed LOA from Kareem accompanies this item.
