Ringo Starr has signed this Capital Records contract for his hit single “Down and Out”, released in 1973 as the B-side to “Photograph”. “Down and Out” was recorded during sessions for George Harrison’s Living in a Material World album, one of the best pop albums of the 1970’s. “Photograph” is credited to both Starr and Harrison, while “Down and Out” is credited solely to the former Beatles drummer. Ringo has signed the 11th page of this contract in black pen as “R Starkey”. This historic contract comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication Services.
