Doug Collins wore this full knit Philadelphia 76ers Warmup suit during the 1976-77 season manufactured by Wilson. The blue collared top has a snap front and features sewn on 76ers logo (red 7, white 6 and 13 white stars circled above) on the upper left chest, while a sewn on white silhouetted Independence Hall with “Sixers” in red and vertical white stars is on the left front. The rear of the jacket features a sewn on white silhouetted Liberty Bell the 76ers and 13 stars in the bell and “Philadelphia” in red along the top of the bell. A sewn in tag has “76 17” which indicates the year and player. However, there was no #17 on the 1976-77 76ers. There is a #20 in faded marker on the tag below the Wilson tag that indicates this belonged to Doug Collins. The pants are white with red and blue stripes and the right leg features a red Liberty Bell with 76 and stars on it, while the left leg has the Independence Hall in red with the blue “Sixers”. Each leg also has a zipper on the inside that runs up to approximately knee high. This item comes with a full letter of authenticity from noted game used expert Dave Miedema.
