Hall of Famer Cal Ripken, Jr. wore this offered Baltimore Orioles cap during the 1985 through 1987 seasons. Ripken, who holds the record for consecutive games played at (insert number), had three all-star seasons, where he averaged 26 home runs and 96 RBI, while batting a combined .272. This three-colored New Era size 7 3/8 hat features a white crown, black back and orange brim with the Orioles logo bird embroidered on the front. Ripken’s number “8” is handwritten in blue marker on the green underside of the brim. The hat displays moderate to heavy wear with sweat stains on the inner lining marks on the brim. Ripken has signed is name in blue pen on the green underside of the brim. This hat comes with a LOA from MEARS for the game use and a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature.
