While Hall of Fame center Hakeem Olajuwon was limited to 56 games during the 1990-91 season, the big center still put up good numbers, averaging 21.2 points per game nearly four blocks per game and nearly 14 rebounds per game. Olajuwon wore this home Rockets uniform – jersey and shorts during the 1990-91 season. The white mesh jersey was manufactured by Champion and is a size 44. “ROCKEtS” and “34” are sewn on the front in red tackle twill. The rounded collar and open sleeves have red and yellow ribbed material stripes. The NBA logo is embroidered on the upper left chest and the Champion tag and “Custom Designed and Sewn for HOUSTON ROCKETS YEAR 90 SLEEVE LENGTH 0 BODY LENGTH +3” tag with “34” handwritten in black are sewn on the bottom front left tail. The back of this jersey has “OLAJUWON” and “34” sewn on in red tackle twill.

The matching white mesh shorts were also manufactured by Champion and have a waist size of 38. The front of these shorts has the NBA logo embroidered on the lower right thigh, with the Rockets logo screen printed on the outside right leg. The waist has a thick red expandable stripe made of a ribbed material and the bottom of the shorts are bordered in red and yellow. The inner waist lining has the Champion size 38 tag and the “Custom Designed and Sewn for HOUSTON ROCKETS YEAR 90 RISE +2 INSEAM +1” tag with “34” handwritten in black marker. This uniform set displays moderate game use and comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication for the game use.
