Presented is a complete set of 1991 Negro Leagues Legends postcards reproduced from original oil paintings by artist Ron Lewis with 61 signatures in blue marker, including Baseball Hall of Famers Willie Mays, Ernie Banks and Hank Aaron. The 3½ x 5½ -inch postcards come in two illustrated boxes; both boxes have the signature of the artist, Ron Lewis, in blue marker. The first box includes a dual-signed postcard with the signatures of Hall of Famers Buck Leonard and Josh Gibson, and a multi-signed postcard with the signatures of Max Manning, Hall of Famer Monte Irvin, and Leon Day. The third signed card in the first box has the signatures of Lester Lockett, Bill Wright, and Lyman Bostock Sr., while the fourth card has the signatures of Mays, Banks and Aaron as well as artist Lewis. Additional signed postcards in the first box include Mays, a dual-signed Armando Vazquez and Minnie Minoso postcard, Max Manning. The second box includes signed postcards from Double Duty Radcliffe, Buck O’Neil, Josh Gibson Jr., Hall of Famer Buck Leonard, Ray Dandridge, Leon Day, a dual-signed card with the signatures of Bill Owens and Bobby Robinson, a multi-signed card with the signatures of Wilmer Fields, Edsall Walker and Josh Johnson, a dual-signed card with Artie Wilson and musician Lionel Hampton, Earl Taborn, Barney Serrall, Rodolfo “Rudy” Fernandez, Willie Pope, Ray Noble, Jim Cohen, Henry Kimbro, Charlie Biot, Al Wilmore, Sam Jethroe, Tommy Sampson, Charlie Rivera, Claro Duany, Russell Awkard, Art “Superman” Pennington, Wilmer Harris, Nap Gully, Emilio Navarro, Andy Porter, Willie Grace, Red Moore and Stanley Glenn.
