Glen Rice is one of the NBA’s all-time greatest marksmen, a three-time All-Star who won a championship with the Lakers in 1999-00, hitting 40 percent from downtown and averaged 18.3 points per game over his 15-year career. This white 1993-94 Miami Heat Game Used Glen Rice uniform comes from a season in which the small forward averaged 21.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game, one of his best seasons as a pro. The jersey features “HEAT” across the chest with Rice’s name across the back and his number “41” on both sides, all stitched in red-and-white on black tackle twill. The front tail of the jersey features a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “44.” To the left is another stitched “Champion” tag that reads “1993-94” and “BODY LENGTH +3” indicating the jersey’s year and size modifications. There is an official NBA logo patch stitched on the right chest of the jersey. The shorts feature a prominent Heat logo patch stitched into the left leg and “MIAMI” stitched in red-and-white on black tackle twill on the left leg with an official NBA logo patch above. The inner waist band of the shorts has a stitched “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “36” with another “Champion” tag to the left that reads “1993-94” “RISE +1” and “INSEAM +2” to indicating the year of the shorts and size modifications. Both items exhibit evidence of light game use and appear to be all original. The uniform comes with an LOA from Dave Miedema, noted sports jersey expert.
