Given the ultimate honor, Kobe will be inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame by good friend & akin player Michael Jordan. This #181 rookie is seen in a sleek silver "Precious Metal" format, this variation remains extremely scarce with a total overall population of 78 opposed to the base version which has seen 3715 copies submitted. A rare predecessor to the iconic Precious Metal Gem format seen in red & green variations in 1997-98. It's worth noting that between this variation and the more desirable Topps Chrome Refractor, the Precious Metal has almost one third less the pop count at 23 to 63. Impressive!
