500 Home Run and 3,000 Hit Club member Rafael Palmeiro wore this 1930's Baltimore Orioles road gray Turn Back The Clock jersey during the April 21st, 1996 game against the Texas Rangers. Palmeiro had a solid game, going 3-for-5 with a home run, three RBI and two runs scored, in the Orioles 9-6 loss at Texas. This button-down jersey has “Orioles” with a black bat and two oriole birds perched on each end sewn on in black and orange chenille stitching. Black piping runs around the collar and down both sides of the buttons. This jersey was manufactured by Mitchell & Ness and their tag is sewn on the bottom of the front left tail with a white patch sewn on below that reads “T.B.C. 4-21-96”. The back of the jersey has Palmeiro’s number “25” sewn on in McAuliffe-style black tackle twill. Palmeiro signed his name in black marker on the front of the jersey.
