Played in Atlanta’s Turner Field on July 11th, the American League topped the National League, 6-3, in the 2000 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. Derek Jeter, who went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs, was named the game’s Most Valuable Player. Chipper Jones matched Jeter’s 3-for-3 outing, while also hitting the only home run in the contest.

Offered here is a Jostens 2000 Major League Baseball American League All-Star Game ring that was presented to Willie Randolph. This ring features a round CZ, set on a star, on a large red colored stone face. Around the bezel setting reads “2000 ALL-STAR” while six small CZs, each set on an image of a star, also appear. The 2000 MLB All-Star Game logo appears on one side of the ring, with both the AL and MLB logos displayed on the opposite side.  “AUR©JOSTENS” is marked on the inside of the band of this approximate size 10 ring, with the weight of this item being approximately 27.3 grams. This ring derives from the personal collection of Willie Randolph and a signed LOA from Randolph will accompany this ring.
