Los Angeles Lakers guard Ron Harper wore this purple Lakers road jersey during three games in the 2000 NBA Finals. Harper wore this jersey in Games 3, 4, and 5 before the Lakers closed out the Finals with a 116-111 win at Staples Center in Game 6. Harper started all three games for Los Angeles, finishing as the team’s second leading scorer in Game 3, with 14 points. Harper averaged 10.8 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 4.8 assists per game in the Finals after scoring four points in Los Angeles’ 120-118 win in Game 4 and eight points in the Lakers’ 120-87 loss in Game 5. Harper, playing in his first season with the Lakers, would help the team repeat the next season to win his fifth NBA title.

This offered Lakers road jersey is purple, with “LAKERS” across the chest in yellow and white, while “HARPER” is sewn across the back shoulders in yellow and white tackle twill. Harper’s number “4” is sewn on the chest and back in white and yellow tackle twill. An NBA Finals patch and a NBA logo patch are sewn on the chest, while a Nike size “48” tag with an attached “Length +4” flag is sewn on the front left tail. A black memorial band is sewn on the upper left shoulder. Harper has signed the “4” digit on the back of the jersey in black marker, inscribing “Finals Jersey” in addition to his signature. The jersey comes with a Harper LOA for the use and a COA from JSA for Harper’s signature. Additionally, the jersey comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (200117F8) that photo matches the jersey to the three Finals games.
