Atlanta Braves ace and class of 2014 Hall of Famer Tom Glavine wore this white Braves home jersey on July 30th, 2000. Glavine recorded the 200th win of his career in this game, leading the Braves to a 6-3 victory over the Houston Astros at Turner Field. Glavine pitched eight strong innings, allowing three runs as he by-and-large shut down a powerful Astros lineup. Glavine, an All-Star in 2000, finished the year with an MLB-best 21 victories and a 3.40 ERA. The former Los Angeles Kings draft pick won 305 games in his legendary career, leading the Braves to retire his number “47” in 2010.

This historic jersey is a white button-down with “Braves” and a tomahawk patch sewn on the chest in red and navy tackle twill. “GLAVINE” is sewn across the back shoulders in navy tackle twill over a matching white nameplate. Glavine’s “47” is sewn on the back of the jersey in red and navy tackle twill. A 2000 All-Star Game patch is sewn on the right sleeve and a Russell Athletic patch is sewn on the left sleeve. An MLB logo patch is sewn on the back outside collar. A Russell Athletic tag with attached size “44” and “+ ½ Sleeve Length” flags is sewn on the front left tail above a “4-00” tag. Navy-red-navy piping accents the chest, collar, and sleeves. “200 Wins” is written on the Russell tag and “200th Win / 7-30-2000” is written on the “7” digit on the back of the jersey. This jersey comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication and a Letter of Provenance from David St. Onge, the brother-in-law of Tom Glavine dated May 14th, 2003 for the game use.
