Ichiro Suzuki wore these ASICS warm up turf cleats during the 2002 MLB season, his second year in the Major Leagues with the Seattle Mariners. The 2001 MVP had an excellent follow-up to his historic debut season, hitting .321 with eight homers, 51 RBI, 31 steals, and 208 hits. This was Ichiro’s second of 10 straight seasons with over 200 hits to open his career. Ichiro, an All-Star in 2002, led the Mariners to a 93-69 record and won his second of 10 career Gold Glove awards.

These offered ASICS turf cleats are black, white, and teal, with Ichiro’s number “51” embroidered in teal on each tongue. The size of the cleats are not marked, while an ASICS “A” logo is embroidered in white on each heel. The 3,000 Hit Club member has signed each cleat in silver marker on the tongue, inscribing his number “51” after each signature. The cleats, which show excellent signs of wear, come with a LOA from JT Sports for the game use.
