The 2003 season was another excellent year for Colorado Rockies first baseman Todd Helton. Helton was selected to his fourth consecutive All-Star team and won his fourth consecutive Silver Slugger Award as he finished the season with 33 home runs, 117 RBI and a lofty .358 batting average. Helton wore this road gray with purple pinstriped Rockies jersey during the 2003 season. This size 48 button-down jersey was made by Russell Athletic and features “COLORADO” and Helton’s number “17” sewn on the front in purple, black and white tackle twill. The Russell Athletic tag and a white tag with “HELTON-48-17”, along with “48 100% POLYESTER” and “+2” EXTRA LENGTH” flags are sewn on the bottom front left tail. The back of this jersey has “HELTON” sewn on in purple and white tackle twill and his number “17” sewn on in purple, black and white tackle twill. The MLB logo patch is sewn on in Rockies’ colors on the upper back neck. The left sleeve has the Rockies’ logo patch and the right sleeve has the Rockies “10 YEARS ANIVERSARY SEASON” patch. This jersey displays moderate game use and Helton has signed his name diagonally on the “7” on the back in black marker. This jersey comes with a LOA from 100% Authentic for the game use and a LOA from Beckett Authentication (A25458) for the signature.
