The American League erupted for six runs in the top of the 1st inning – all off of starter Roger Clemens – en route to a 9-4 victory over the National League in the 2004 Major League Baseball All-Star Game played in Houston. Alfonso Soriano finished 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBI and was named the game’s Most Valuable Player. David Ortiz also had a big game for the AL with a homer, two RBI and two walks.

Offered here is a 2004 Major League Baseball American League All-Star Game ring which was presented to Willie Randolph. This ring features a round CZ set on a large red stone. A group of stars along with the word “HOUSTON” appear around the bezel setting. “ALL STAR 2004” and an image of the MLB logo are shown around the outer perimeter. The American League logo is displayed on one side of the ring above “75TH ALL-STAR GAME”. A 2004 MLB All-Star Game logo is featured on the opposite side along with an image of the host park’s famous train. This ring is an approximate size 10 and weighs approximately 22.2 grams. This ring derives from the personal collection of Willie Randolph and a signed LOA will accompany this ring.
