The 2005 Major League Baseball All-Star Game, played in Detroit’s Comerica Park, saw the American League come away with a 7-5 victory over the National League. Trailing 7-0 heading into the 7th inning, the NL would score five late runs to make the game close, but ultimately fell short. Miguel Tejada – who homered off of losing pitcher John Smoltz – was named Most Valuable Player. Starter Mark Buehrle pitched two scoreless innings to earn the win, with Mariano Rivera recording the save.

Offered here is a 2005 American League All-Star Game ring, featuring an attractive brown designer stone face. “ALL STAR 2005” appears around the bezel setting in relief work, along with two images of the MLB logo and one small CZ. One side of the ring features the American League logo, while the other side displays the 2005 MLB All-Star Game logo above “DETROIT”. The inside of this approximate size 9 ½ band is marked “STERL” with the weight being approximately 24.9 grams. This ring comes with a LOA from Jacqueline Autry.
