Throughout the 1990’s and 2000’s, Chipper Jones was among the best third baseman in baseball, a perennial All-Star who could hit for both power and average. In 2018, Jones was honored with induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame, finding a spot in Cooperstown on his first ballot. The Atlanta Braves superstar compiled a .303 batting average for his career while crushing 468 home runs. Jones led the Braves to a World Series title in 1995, and claimed the 1999 National League MVP Award with a Triple Crown slash of .319/45/110. Jones, the 2008 National League batting champ, retired after the 2012 MLB season.

Jones took part in the 2006 World Baseball Classic as a member of Team USA. 17 of his Team USA teammates have signed this bat, including the Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr., who signed twice. Other signatures include Johnny Damon, Chase Utley, Mark Teixeira, Matt Holliday, Davey Johnson, Chad Cordero, Rick Eckstein, Jeff Francoeur, Todd Jones, Al Leiter, Brad Lidge, Gary Majewski, John McLaren, and Vernon Wells. Additionally, Chipper has signed this bat. The signatures have been written in silver marker, and Jones’ number “10” is written on the knob of the bat in silver marker. This bat comes with a PSA/DNA STICKER ONLY (Y07262).
