The legendary shooting guard Kobe Bryant wore this pair of Nike Kobe 5 sneakers during a 92-83 victory over the San Antonio Spurs on March 24th, 2010. Bryant led the Lakers in scoring with 24 points, adding six assists and four rebounds, to seal a victory against one of the Western Conference’s most formidable opponents. The former Lower Merion High School standout shot 11 of 16 from the field, while Lamar Odom (19 points, 13 rebounds) and Pau Gasol (10 points, 12 rebounds) turned in double-double performances for the eventual Pacific Division champions. Bryant led the Lakers to his fifth NBA title in 2009-10, defeating the hated Boston Celtics in a thrilling and seminal seven-game NBA Finals. Bryant claimed his second Bill Russell Finals MVP trophy after averaging 28.6 points and 8.0 rebounds per game in the season’s capstone series.

These offered Nike Kobe 5 low-top sneakers are primarily black, with a black and gray midsole and gold accents. White and gold Nike swooshes are applied to both sides of the shoes, while Bryant’s personal logo is applied to both tongues in gold. Bryant has signed the swoosh on the outside of both shoes in black marker. These sneakers come with a LOA from the MeiGray Group photo matching them to the March 24th game, while a pair of LOAs from PSA/DNA (AE02359, AE02360) authenticate Bryant’s signatures.
