Kaepernick, a former University of Nevada star, led the 49ers to Super Bowl XLVII at the end of the 2012 NFL season and the 2013 NFC Championship Game. Four player-worn/used patches sourced from Kaepernick’s appearance at the 2011 NFL PLAYERS Rookie Premiere event are located on the front of the card above Kaepernick’s blue ink signature. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 10, Corners: 8.5, Edges: 8.5, Surface: 9. A sentence on the card's back states Panini’s warranty for the authenticity of the signature and player-worn/used material, and serves as the item's COA.
