Yadier Molina, the defensive anchor of the St. Louis Cardinals, wore this catcher’s mitt during the 2011 MLB season. Not usually an offensive force, the light hitting Molina hit a then-career high 14 home runs and batted .305 for the Cardinals in 2011. Molina also won the fourth of his eight consecutive Gold Glove awards and was named to the third of his seven National League All-Star teams.
This glove is a black leather Rawlings Pro CM41KMB model. The back of the glove is covered in black ballistic mesh. The Rawlings logo is gold, an honor only bestowed on Gold Glove winners. “Pal #4” is embroidered in gold on the back of the mitt. This glove shows very good signs of game use on the pocket, web, and body. This item comes with a LOA from Hiram Bocachica, as well as a LOA from PSA/DNA (1G00351) attesting to game use.
