Legendary Los Angeles Lakers swingman Kobe Bryant wore these sneakers during the Lakers 95-90 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on November 20th, 2012. Bryant led all scorers with 25 points on an efficient eight of 15 shooting night. “The Black Mamba” added five assists and four boards, teaming up with Dwight Howard to form a bruising inside-out combo for the Lakers. Bryant, an All-Star and first team All-NBA selection in 2012-13, averaged over 27 points per contest while dishing six assists and grabbing 5.6 boards per game.

These shoes are the Nike Kobe VII model, and feature a mainly white body with purple Nike swoosh logos applied to each side. The laces are black, and a purple Kobe Bryant logo is applied to each tongue. The insides of the shoes are yellow, with “Play Strong” printed on the insoles. The heels of each shoe have a gray plastic section with Bryant’s facsimile signature printed in purple. The soles are gray and black, with a yellow Bryant logo on each heel. The serial number "HO12-MNBSKT-358-350874 Y3" and "PROMO SAMPLE 2012 08 02" are printed on the tag inside each shoe, indicating that these size 14 kicks were made specifically for the former Lower Merion High School hooper. Bryant has signed the outside Nike swoosh of the right shoe in silver marker and on the outside swoosh of the left shoe inscribed “11-20-12 vs Nets”. The shoes show evidence of game use during the contest at STAPLES Center and come with a COA from Panini (PA31968).
