After helping lead the San Francisco Giants to the post season, Pablo Sandoval went on to join Babe Ruth, Reggie Jackson and Albert Pujols in the exclusive category of hitting three home runs in a single World Series game. The feat earned him the 2012 World Series MVP Award. Sandoval used this Tucci Lumber TL-PS48-LDM model bat during the 2012 season. This bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. The barrel is covered with numerous ball marks, blue ink transfers, black bat rack streaks and cleat imprints. The lower barrel/upper handle area has a heavy coating of pine tar and the handle has a heavy application of Mota Stick. Sandoval’s number “48” is in orange and white on a blue Schutte sticker on the knob. Sandoval has signed this bat on the barrel in black marker and inscribed “Kung Fu Panda” and “2012 Game Used”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B04577) for the game use and has been graded a perfect GU 10. There is also a COA from PSA/DNA (3A88537) for his signature.
