San Diego Chargers linebacker Shaun Phillips wore this powder blue Chargers alternate jersey in San Diego’s game against the Baltimore Ravens at Qualcomm Stadium on November 25th, 2012. Phillips recorded a sack of Joe Flacco, as well as three tackles and a TFL, in San Diego’s 16-13 defeat to the eventual Super Bowl XLVII winners. The Chargers sacked Flacco five times before Justin Tucker’s field goal in overtime ended the game. Phillips, a Pro Bowler in 2010, finished the 2012 season with 9.5 sacks, a fumble recovery for a touchdown, and a safety.
This powder blue Chargers jersey has Phillips’ number “95” sewn on the chest, back, and shoulders in white, navy, and yellow tackle twill. “PHILLIPS” is sewn across the back shoulders in white tackle twill over a matching powder blue nameplate. The Chargers lightning bolts are present on the sleeves. A “Chargers” wordmark and a NFL logo are sewn on the chest.
