David Wright wore this button-down USA jersey during first round play of the World Baseball Classic in 2013. Playing at Chase Field in Phoenix, Az on March 9, 2013, the United States team defeated Italy 6-2, powered by Wright’s 5th inning Grand Slam. The jersey is navy blue with red underarm side panels, and features “USA” in white and red tackle twill across the chest, with #5 on the front and back in red-on-white. “WRIGHT” is stitched across the back shoulders in solid white lettering. An American Flag adorns the right sleeve, while the WBC 2013 logo patch can be found on the left sleeve. A Majestic 2013 WBC manufacturer’s tag is on the front left tail. Jersey shows light wear and is tagged with MLB Authenticated hologram (BC 066177).
