A Super Bowl ring and pair of Pro Bowl appearances aren’t bad for a quarterback just two years into his NFL career. Seattle’s Russell Wilson has emerged as another one of those dual-threat signal callers, capable of beating opposing defenses with his arm and legs. That was clearly the case in the 2013 Pro Bowl, when Wilson, just a rookie then, took Hawaii by storm by going 8-of-10 passing for 98 yards and three touchdowns to help the NFC to a 62-35 win over the AFC. This game-used Seahawks helmet from the 2013 Pro Bowl features Wilson’s signature in bold, silver sharpie along with the notation “Matt 6:33,” referencing a bible passage. The navy blue Riddell helmet with a carbon fiber design features the Seahawks logo on each side. The back of the helmet boasts a neon green dot decal with NFL shield and lightning bolt, signifying it was designed to receive transmissions from the sideline. An American flag sticker also appears on the back along with a “S.H.E.S.” decal, which honors the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings. The signed helmet shows evidence of game use and comes with a full LOA from the MeiGray Group.
