Colorado Rockies star Nolan Arenado spent his second season in the Majors in 2014. In just his second year in the big leagues, Arenado set the Rockies club record for consecutive hitting streak by hitting safely in 28 games and finished the season with 18 home runs and 61 RBI in only 111 games. This offered helmet was worn by Arenado during the 2014 season and has been specifically photo matched to two games of the 2014 season – September 5th against the San Diego Padres at Coors Field and on September 8th against the New York Mets at Citi Field, where Arenado hit a home run in each game.

This all purple helmet displays heavy game use with chipping and a crack on the left side of the brim and other abrasions and scuff marks. The Rockies “CR” logo is affixed to the front of the helmet and Arenado’s number “28” is adhered to the back right of the helmet and the MLB logo is applied to the back center. This helmet is a size 7 ¼ and the all-black interior padding is still intact with the Rawlings and MLB Authentic labels sewn on in opposite sides. This helmet also comes with an MLB Authenticated helmet (HZ465374) which dates this helmet to the September 20th game. Please note that MLB has labeled this helmet as Team Issued, a common designation for game use items not collected directly from players.
