New York Mets pitcher and 2015 National League Comeback Player of the Year Matt "The Dark Knight" Harvey wore this hat during the Mets Game 5 of the 2015 World Series against the Kansas City Royals. Facing elimination, Harvey pitched eight scoreless innings, and with the Mets up 2-0, Harvey convinced Mets coach Terry Collins to let him finish the game, despite throwing over 100 pitches to that point. Harvey was pulled after walking leadoff batter Lorenzo Cain, with Cain scoring on an Eric Hosmer double later in the inning. The Royals would later tie the game, sending the contest to extra innings, with the Royals winning the World Series after Cain hit a three-run double in the top of the 12th.

This offered six-panel hat features an orange brim and blue crown, with the interlocking “NY” on the front of the hat in orange-on-white raised embroidery. A plastic 2015 World Series logo is attached to the left side of the hat. The inside of the New Era 59Fifty hat features a black sweatband, and the brim's underside is black. The number "33" is inscribed in black marker on the inside crown mesh. The hat displays light game use with sweat stains on the inside band and some indentation on the front. This comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JB038144).
