Mike Trout followed up his 2014 MVP season by becoming the youngest player in the game to reach both 100 career home runs and stolen bases. For the fourth consecutive season he was a finalist for the AL MVP, and although he didn’t win it that year, he did the next season, 2016, the year this bat dates to. Trout hit .315 with 29 homers, 30 stolen bases and drove in even 100 runs.

The MVP season used Old Hickory MT27* model bat shows good game use. The barrel has several ball marks with stitch impressions and leather ball scuffs. There ae abrasions from contact with other equipment, cleat imprints and the impression from a weighted batting donut. The handle has been wrapped with blue and red Lizard Skin to enhance the grip and a light coat of pine tar applied. To complete this MVP season gamer, Trout has signed the barrel in silver marker, adding “16 G/U.” This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18238) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.5, plus a LOA from Anderson Authentics (2273) for the game use and signature.
