Bryce Harper’s last season with the Washington Nationals was the 2018 season before he signed a mega-deal with the Philadelphia Phillies for 2019. Harper, the 2012 National League Rookie of the Year and 2015 NL MVP, wore this navy and red Washington Nationals helmet to close out the 2018 season and his career with the Nats.

This helmet has been photo matched by Sports Investors to the September 25th, 28th, 29th and 30th games, where he combined to go 7-15 with two doubles, three walks and two runs scored. Harper finished the 2018 season with 34 home runs and 100 RBI and closed out his Nationals career with 184 home runs and 521 RBI and had a .279 batting average. This helmet has a navy crown and red brim. The ear flap is on the right ear for a left-handed batter and a C-Flap extension was added to this helmet. The Nationals’ “W” is applied to the front in a raised rubberized sticker. The helmet is a size 7 3/8 and the all-black interior padding is still intact with the Rawlings and MLB Authentic labels sewn on in opposite sides. Harper’s number “34” and the MLB logo are affixed to the back of the helmet. This helmet displays moderate game use with some scuff marks and abrasions and comes with a photo match LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (190513B6), which photo matched this helmet to the four games in late September 2018. Additionally, there is an MLB Authenticated hologram (JD196826). Please note that MLB lists this helmet as Team Issued, a common designation for game used items collected after the season.
