Following in his Hall of Fame father’s footsteps Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is making his way up the Toronto Blue Jays farm system and has made his Big League debut in 2019. Considered the top prospect in the Blue Jays by Baseball America, Guerrero began the 2018 season with the AA New Hampshire Fisher Cats where he led the Eastern League with a .339 batting average and 30 RBI through the first month of the season. In late July, Guerrero, Jr. was promoted to AAA Buffalo Bison. Vlad Jr’s minor league Louisville Slugger C243 model bat displays moderate game use with a cracked handle that extends into the barrel.
