Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has vaulted himself into one of the elite QB’s in all of football. Leading the Chiefs to their first Super Bowl title in 50 years, Mahomes looks to take the mantle from Tom Brady as the next dominant quarterback in the NFL. The 2018 NFL MVP took the field wearing this road white Chiefs jersey against their division rival Los Angeles Chargers in an AFC West battle played in Mexico City. The Chiefs improved to 7-4 on the season with a 24-17 victory as Mahomes and Kansas City were starting to roll on their way to glory in Super Bowl LIV.
During the November 18th game, Mahomes went 19-for-32 in passing for 182 yards and a TD and rushed for 59 yards on five carries. Included in those 59 rushing yards, was a 24-yard scamper on a 3rd down and 7 play from their own 18-yard-line.
This Nike ON FIELD size 42 mesh jersey has Mahomes’ number “15” sewn on the front, back and shoulders in red and yellow tackle twill. The shortened sleeves have red and yellow stripes screen printed and the red Nike swoosh adorns both sleeves. The V-neck collar has the vinyl “NFL 100” logo patch and a circular Lamar Hunt AFL commemorative patch is sewn on the upper left chest. The Nike tag with “2019” and “+5 LENGTH” flags are sewn on the inside back collar. The back of the jersey has “MAHOMES” sewn on in red and yellow tackle twill on a matching white nameplate. The waistline has an elastic band. This jersey displays heavy game use with sweat stains on the collar, grass marks on the lower left sleeve and back right shoulder/nameplate area, along with additional grass stains on the back. You will not find a better game used jersey from Mahomes’ Super Bowl-winning season. This comes with a COA from NFL PSA/DNA (2N61951) authenticating that Mahomes wore this jersey during the November 18th, 2019 game in Mexico City.
