For only the third time in the history of the United States, the President of the United States was formally impeached by the United States House of Representatives. Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States, joined former presidents Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton as the only presidents in US history to be impeached, when on December 18, 2019, two articles of impeachment were voted on by the full House of Representatives. The first count – Abuse of Power, was passed the House along mostly party lines 230-197, while the second count – Obstruction of Congress, also yielded another party line vote of 229-198. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii voted “present” on both counts. THIS DOCUMENT WAS SIGNED ON THAT VERY DAY.

Offered here is the full report conducted by the House Judiciary Committee for the “IMPEACHMENT OF DONALD J. TRUMP PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES” that was version presented to the full House to vote. On the night that President Trump was formally impeached, he was in the middle of a campaign rally in Battle Creek, Michigan. This report contains 636 pages. The first set is titled “COMMITTEE ON THE JUDICIARY” which contains Trump’s signature on the title page, the Table of Contents and 180 pages of content. The second set is titled “REPORT OF EVIDENCE IN THE DEMOCRATS’ IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES” and is the “Republican Staff Report” with a 12-page executive summary and 130 pages of content. The final set is titled “THE TRUMP-UKRAINE IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY REPORT” and is 288 pages.

While at the rally, while the House was debating the impeachment and just prior to the full votes, according the notarized letter of provenance that accompanies this thick packet, Trump signed the title page of this multi-hundred-page document in black marker. The title page has in small print on the top left “116th Congress 1st Session} HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES” and in large print “IMPEACHMENT OF DONALD J. TRUMP PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES”, “REPORT of the COMMITTEE ON THE JUDICIARY HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES Jerrold Nadler, Chairman TO ACCOMPANY H. RES. 755”. Trump signed his name in bold black marker across the page. A unique piece of history having the sitting US President multi-signing the document that led to his historic impeachment. This item comes with a letter of provenance from Jonathan Moore, who states in his letter that he “attended President Trump’s rally in Battle Creek, Michigan on December 17th, 2019 and asked him to sign the Articles of Impeachment that I handed him, and he happily complied. The President had been impeached by Congress just hours earlier.” The document has also been signed by Aaron Osthoff, who was a broker on the transaction and whose signature is notarized. Additionally, there are LOAs from Beckett Authentication and PSA/DNA for Trump’s signature. Please note - The rally occured on December 18th and the document was SIGNED BY TRUMP ON DECEMBER 18TH (The Day he was impeached). This is a fact confirmed by emails our office received on December 18 PRIOR to the document being signed, and the morning of Dec 19th, AFTER they were signed.  Mr. Moore has provided an additional signed letter of provenance stating in his letter the document was signed at the rally but placed the wrong date on the letter. The correct date of the rally was Dec 18, and his original letter states Dec 17th and Moore states in his updated letter of provenance “I mistakenly had the date listed as December 17th, 2019 on my original letter of provenance.”
