The Packers QB has signed his name in black marker on the center right top of the yellow helmet, and inscribed “10/20/19 1st Perfect Packers QBR 25-31 429 Yds 6 Total TDS” above the dark green face mask. The helmet is inscribed “6/12” in black marker at the right back of the helmet. The full-size helmet has the green and white Packers “G” logo decal on each side, with two green and one white stripe decal down the middle of the helmet. The legend “Packers” is in green on white plastic over the facemask and on the back. On October 20, 2019, Rodgers led the Packers to a 42-24 victory over the Oakland Raiders at Lambeau Field. The veteran Packers quarterback completed 25 of his 31 attempts for 429 passing yards, five touchdowns, and no turnovers with just one sack. He had a perfect passer rating and a career-high 13.8 yards per pass attempt. During the game, Rodgers also became the fastest player in NFL history to reach 350 passing touchdowns and just the ninth player to do it overall. Rodgers also added a rushing touchdown to give him six total scores on the day, making him the first quarterback to have 400 passing yards, five passing touchdowns, and one rushing touchdown in the same game since Mark Rypien in 1991.
