Headlined on the sweet spot by a bold "Babe Ruth" autograph in black steel tip fountain pen. On the side panel, is Ruth's supporting slugger "Lou Gehrig" in black fountain tip as well. Both autographs display tremendously and coupled with the dating of this sphere makes this offering one of the most desirable in the hobby! Overall the sphere itself remains in fine condition with a minor layer of shellack.
