On May 14, 2012, the San Diego Padres visited the struggling San Diego Padres at Nationals Park in Washington DC to take on the Washington Nationals. Manager Davey Johnson would call on Ross Detwiler to start for the Nationals, while Tim Stauffer would take the mound for Bud Black’s Padres.

The Nats would emerge victorious, 8-5, powered by a pair of 8th inning pinch-hit home runs from Xavier Nady and Chad Tracy, as well as a solo shot from Bryce Harper. This lot includes the official batting order cards from both the Nationals and Padres, both marked up with black marker to track the changes made during the game. Each has been signed by the team’s manager (Nationals by Davey Johnson in black pen, Padres by Bud Black in blue pen). The Nationals batting order card has also been signed in black marker by Bryce Harper, who has signed next to his name in the lineup. Both of the cards come tagged with MLB Authenticated Holograms (Washington: FJ 754115, San Diego: FJ 54116), and Harper’s signature is accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA (AB01883).
