In the first post-9/11 game played by the Baltimore Orioles, they dropped an 8-5 contest to the Toronto Blue Jays. In this game, Ripken went 2-4, with a HR and RBI. It was the second to last HR of his storied career, as the 2001 season was Ripken’s last. The side panel of this game-worn OML Selig baseball has been signed and inscribed “Cal Ripken, Jr. Game Used 9-18-01 1st Game Post 911” all in Ripken’s hand.
