Washington Senators owner and former Major League player Clark Griffith has signed this magazine page. Griffith played in the Majors from 1891 to 1914, winning 237 games with a 3.31 ERA. “The Old Fox” also managed the Reds, White Sox, Highlanders, and Senators, winning over 1,400 games as skipper. Griffith owned the Senators from 1920 until his death in 1955, presiding over the team for their only World Series victory in 1924. Griffith has signed this magazine page in black pen.
