Presented here is a signed photo of Hall of Famer Derek Jeter during his days playing for the Columbus Clippers in 1994 and signed by the 5-time World Series champion. Jeter, for whom Baseball America rated as the 16th-best prospect in 1994, played for the Tampa Yankees of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League, the Albany-Colonie Yankees, and the Columbus Clippers of the Class AAA International League during the 1994 season. Jeter combined to hit .344 with 5 home runs, 68 RBIs, and 50 steals across the three levels. He was honored for his efforts by being named the Minor League Player of the Year Award by Baseball America, The Sporting News, and Topps/NAPBL. Jeter is pictured in this photo, eagerly awaiting a pitch with a look of grim determination across his face while clad in his Columbus Clippers jersey. Jeter signed below his image on the photograph with a blue marker. Jeter's early signature is bold and clear, and the photo is in great condition and comes with an LOA from Beckett Authentication for the signature.
