As a shortstop, Jeter spent his entire 20-year MLB playing career with the New York Yankees. A five-time World Series champion, Jeter is regarded as the leading contributor in the Yankees' success of the late 1990s and early 2000s for his hitting, baserunning, fielding, and leadership. He is the Yankees' all-time career leader in hits (3,465), doubles (544), and games played (2,747). His accolades include 14 All-Star selections, five Gold Glove Awards, five Silver Slugger Awards, two Hank Aaron Awards, and a Roberto Clemente Award.

Offered here is a Derek Jeter signed 16 x 20 framed photograph that has been authenticated by Steiner Sports. The Yankee Captain is all but a lock for the Hall of Fame class of 2020 which prepares for election this coming January. The photo shows Yankee catcher Jorge Posada putting the tag on Oakland's Jeremy Giambi after Jeter's miraculous "Flip" that preserved the Yankees 1-0 win in Game 3 of the 2001 ALDS. The Yankees were facing elimination and this play is one of the most iconic plays in Jeter's legendary career. Jeter can be seen in this photograph and The Captain signed his name in blue marker across his image. The photograph has a dark blue matte and a plate that reads "DEREK JETER "THE FLIP" - 2001 A.L.D.S.". The signature is bold and in Near Mint or better condition and this signed photo is a limited edition to 72/500. This item comes with HOLO ONLY from Steiner Sports.
