Offered here is a limited-edition number 11 out of 23, 20 x 24-inch photograph of LeBron James inside a 25 1/2 x 29 1/29-inch black frame signed by the 4-time NBA champion and accompanied by a piece of game used St. Vincent-St. Mary basketball court floorboard. James played basketball for St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, where he was heavily touted by the national media as a future NBA superstar. James won three State titles while playing for St. Vincent-St. Mary. A prep-to-pro, he joined Cleveland in 2003 as the first overall draft pick. Named the 2003–04 NBA Rookie of the Year, he soon established himself as one of the league's premier players, winning the NBA MVP Award in 2009, 2010,2012, and 2013.

The presented signed photograph features a young James in a green St. Vincent-St. Mary's uniform, smiling at the camera during the apex of a dunk. Below the photograph is a piece of green floorboard from the St.Vincent-St. Mary's basketball court. The photo and floorboard rest on a black felt matte. "LeBRON JAMES HIGH SCHOOL GAME-USED FLOOR" is labeled below the floorboard. James signed and inscribed "23" and "3x STATE CHAMPS" with a gold metallic paint pen. The signature and inscription are bold, and the glass and frame contain very minor evidence of wear. The item comes with a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (BAM08787) for the signature
