Offered is a 1993 University of Notre Dame game used Wilson football used on September 11, 1993 and presented to Coach Lou Holtz for his 184th career coaching win. The Wilson brown pebbled leather football features the legend "Notre Dame vs. Michigan 27-23 Coach Lou Holtz Sept. 11, 1993" painted in yellow gold paint on a lower panel. The Wilson logo is embossed in black and gold on one top panel, above the "AFCRT" logo embossed in black. The opposite top panel again features the Wilson logo embossed in black and gold above the "1001" logo and the caption "Exclusive Wilson NFL Pattern", both embossed in black. The top panels feature white strips across both edges of the ball. The caption "Fighting Irish" is embossed in black on the opposite lower panel. The #11-ranked Fighting Irish upset #3 Michigan at Michigan in front of 106,851 frantic fans. The win was #184 in the college coaching career of Holtz, who had previously coached at The College of William & Mary, NC State, Arkansas and Minnesota before coming to South Bend in 1986.
