After winning virtually every defensive award as a junior at Arizona State in 2002, Terrell Suggs was taken in the 1st round, 10th overall by the Baltimore Ravens in the 2003 NFL Draft. This maroon Arizona State College Home Jersey, #48, was game worn by Suggs in his freshman season of 2001. The jersey features Suggs’s #48 in yellow-on-white tackle twill on the front, back and both sleeves, with “SUGGS” in white on the back of the jersey. A rectangular “SUN DEVILS” patch is stitched just below the neckline, with the Adidas logo stitched on the right shoulder and a Pac-10 Conference patch on the left shoulder. The Adidas manufacturer’s tag on the front left tail includes 2 small white box tags reading “48” and “01”. The jersey shows heavy game usage, and is accompanied by an LOA from noted game use expert Dave Miedema.
