Graded 92 NM/MT+ (8.5 equivalent) by SGC. Hall of Famer. This is one of just two examples at that level, with none graded higher. Specialist collectors of 1960s baseball cards can readily attest to the difficulty of obtaining the colorful, blank-backed Bazooka Gum series in their full-panel form. Each trio of star players was available only as an integral component of its product's display box. As such, the sought-after images were usually subjected to shelf wear, handling mishaps and even (shudder) hasty disposal.
